These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lapin Luxury website and your purchase of products from Lapin Luxury.
Lapin Luxury is a brand operated by KR Studios LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("KR Studios LLC," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Lapin Luxury
Lapin Luxury offers apparel, technology accessories, drinkware, home décor, and other products featuring original artwork, illustrations, phrases, and designs created for the Lapin Luxury brand.
Our products are generally produced on demand through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make purchases through the Site.
If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, designs, and other product information.
However:
- Colors may appear differently depending on your device or display settings.
- Product images may be representative.
- Minor variations may occur during the manufacturing and printing process.
- Product dimensions and specifications may vary slightly between products or production runs.
- Availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
4. Print-on-Demand Products
Most Lapin Luxury products are made to order rather than held in inventory.
When you place an order, the applicable product is sent to a third-party production and fulfillment provider for manufacturing and shipment.
Because products are manufactured after an order is placed, production and shipping times may vary.
Occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing, carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Custom and Personalized Products
We may offer customizable or personalized products in the future.
For personalized products, you are responsible for reviewing the information you provide before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided personalization, spelling, names, dates, or other information that you entered incorrectly.
Custom or personalized products may be subject to different return and cancellation rules, including restrictions required by applicable law.
6. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or typographical errors.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed charges may apply depending on your location and the nature of your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
7. Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order in every circumstance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

- Shipping restrictions
- Technical errors
- Other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and delays.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Our return, refund, and replacement rules are described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Because our products are generally made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer ordered the wrong size or color or changed their mind.
However, we will address damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or incorrectly fulfilled orders in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site contains original artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, branding, and other content created by or for KR Studios LLC, as well as certain third-party materials used under applicable licenses. KR Studios LLC retains ownership of its original creative contributions and other intellectual property. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and the licenses under which KR Studios LLC uses them.
The purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, illustration, design, or other intellectual property.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy our artwork or designs
- Reproduce or redistribute our designs
- Sell products featuring our designs
- Modify our artwork for commercial use
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use our designs to create derivative commercial products
- Use our website content for commercial purposes
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate applicable copyright, trademark, or other laws.
11. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
However, by submitting content for publication or use by Lapin Luxury, you grant KR Studios LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, marketing, and promoting Lapin Luxury, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive, unrelated to our products, or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site:
- For unlawful purposes
- To violate applicable laws or regulations
- To commit fraud
- To interfere with the security or operation of the Site
- To introduce malicious software or code
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KR Studios LLC and Lapin Luxury will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KR Studios LLC, Lapin Luxury, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable consumer-protection laws require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Massachusetts unless applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and KR Studios LLC regarding your use of the Site, except where a separate written agreement applies.
